A'la Tuna in Oil
The recipe that has been circulating intensively on the internet lately - Sushi cups! No wrapping, rolling, or frustration - just put the nori in the cupcake mold and fill it with ingredients :) I came up with an interesting sauce that takes this recipe to new heights of flavor! Wasabi beetroot? A bit like horseradish? Oh pfff, not at all. A simple and delicious alternative for sushi lovers who want to prepare a super-looking snack :) Guests will surely be satisfied!

| sushi rice soak | 100ml |
| nori | 2-3 sheets |
| sushi rice | 1 piece |
| spring onion | 2 pieces |
| sesame seeds | 1 tablespoon |
| Beetroot-wasabi sauce: | |

| cooked beetroots | 2 pieces |
| vegan mayo | 4 tablespoons |
| wasabi paste | 2 tablespoons (adjust according to taste, if your paste is very spicy, add less!) |
| lemon juice | juice from 1/2 lemon |
