Ingredients

Ingredients for 2 wraps:
A’la Tuna Chilli&Citrus 1 can
beetroot tortillas (or regular) 2 pieces
natural hummus  
cucumber  
tellow bell pepper  
red cabbage  
fresh parsley  
bean sprouts  
Tahini sauce:
tahini  2 tablespoons
lemon juice 1/2 piece
cold water 2 tablespoons
agave syrup 1 tablespoon

How to prepare

  1. Slice the vegetables into strips.
  2. Open the can of Fisherman A'la Tuna.
  3. Prepare the sauce - mix all the ingredients vigorously with a spoon or whisk until you get a smooth sauce consistency.
  4. Heat the tortilla in a pan.
  5. Spread hummus on the tortilla, then layer the vegetables and the Fisherman A'la Tuna.
  6. Top with bean sprouts, parsley, and drizzle with the sauce.
