Jack Tex-Mex
There's no better snack than tacos! Crunchy tortilla, balanced ingredients that will awaken your senses! Slightly spicy and aromatic Tex-Mex Jackfruit, mango salsa, guacamole, and chipotle sauce - make them for a party, and your guests will definitely clean their plates! Ps. They taste best right after making them ;)

Instructions:
Sauté the shredded jackfruit in a pan over medium heat until nicely browned and heated through.
Finely chop the mango, chili, and avocado into small cubes.
Core the tomato and chop it into small cubes.
Prepare the Mango Salsa: Mix the chopped mango with the chili and cilantro in a bowl.
Prepare the Guacamole: Lightly mash the chopped avocado with a fork, then add the chopped tomato, onion, lime juice, and optional cilantro. Mix well.
Mix the vegan mayonnaise with the chipotle sauce. If desired, you can thin the sauce with plant-based milk to achieve a more pourable consistency.
Fill each taco shell with the sautéed jackfruit.
Add shredded red cabbage on top of the jackfruit.
Spoon the mango salsa over the cabbage.
Drizzle the chipotle mayo sauce over the salsa.
Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
You can serve the guacamole on the side or also add it to the tacos.
