Ingredients

Ingredients for 3 servings
A'la Tuna Chilli&Citrus 1 can
ripe avocado 1 hass
whole grain tortilla 3 pieces
ripe mango 1/2 piece
cherry tomatoes 9 pieces
red bell pepper 1/2 piece
romaine lettuce 3 a handful of chopped
lemon juice 1 tablespoon
fresh cilantro 5-6 sprigs
chili flakes a pinch

How to prepare

1 serving:

  1. Remove avocado from the skin, discard the seed and dice it.
  2. Mash it with a fork into a paste and add salt, pepper, lemon juice, and chili. Mix well.
  3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and dice the mango into cubes or strips. Cut the bell pepper into strips.
  4. Spread out the tortilla and spread the avocado paste over it.
  5. Add the salad, 1/3 can of A'la Tuna Chili & Citrus, halved cherry tomatoes, cilantro leaves, mango, and bell pepper strips.
  6. Wrap the tortilla and either pack the ready wrap to go or heat it in a toaster oven.
