Kimchi, Jack BBQ, cheese... what could be better?! A flavor explosion in one tortilla that you can make in 10 minutes! Do you like Kimchi? Or maybe you've never tried it? These days you can buy it in supermarkets or in oriental stores. The spiciness of this Korean pickled vegetable perfectly complements our BBQ sauce.

Ingredients

Ingredients for 2 servings:
Jack Barbeque 1 tray
whole wheat tortilla 2 pieces
kimchi - original with Chinese cabbage 2 large tablespoons / drained
pickled or fresh red cabbage / carrots   2 tablespoons
iceberg lettuce 1/4 head
sriracha mayo sauce 2 tablespoons
sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
vegan cheddar cheese 4 slices

How to prepare

  1. Prepare the vegetables - if using fresh ones, slice them into thin strips; if using pickled ones, drain them from the brine.
  2. Sauté the Jackfruit in a pan until slightly charred, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Shred the lettuce into small pieces.
  4. Prepare the tortilla and start layering: cheese, lettuce, BBQ Jackfruit, kimchi, vegetables. Drizzle with sriracha mayo and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Toast the wrapped wrap in a sandwich press or in a pan until the cheese melts.
