Easter Salad with A'la Tuna

Just because our A'la Tuna is plant-based doesn't mean it can't be paired with dairy! This salad is a perfect addition to the holiday menu, right alongside the vegetable salad ;) Moreover, it's very easy to prepare, inexpensive, and DELICIOUS. So what's in it? Mayonnaise, peas, corn, bell pepper, onion, A'la Tuna, cheese, and hard-boiled eggs.

Ingredients

Ingredients for the 6 servings:
A’la Tuna in Oil 2 cans
mayo 4 tablespoons
canned peas 1 can 400g
canned corn 1 can 400g
red bell pepper 1 large pepper
red onion 1/2 medium onion
gouda cheese in blocks 100g
hard-boiled eggs 3 pieces
salt and pepper
to taste

How to prepare

  1. Cook the eggs hard-boiled for 10 minutes from boiling.
  2. Dice the bell pepper and onion into small cubes.
  3. Odcedź groszek i kukurydzę.Drain the peas and corn.
  4. Grate the cheese into small pieces.
  5. In a large bowl, put mayonnaise, then add peas, corn, and diced bell pepper. Next layer is A'la Tuna - simply open the cans and transfer the contents to the bowl.
  6. Sprinkle A'la Tuna with diced onion, egg, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Optionally, add chopped chives. Ready! Mix all layers before serving.
