Ceviche with A'la Tuna

Peru, located along the Pacific coast, is known for its fresh fish and seafood. Fortunately, we don't have to catch anything because A’la Tuna grows on trees 🙂 Ceviche with Jackfruit, mango, avocado, and chili in a citrusy sauce is an ideal option for a light lunch or snack. You won't miss the fish!

Ingredients

Dressing:
lime juice and zest 1/2 lime
orange juice 1 tablespoon
agave syrup 1 tablespoon
red onion; chopped 1 teaspoon
ginger; grated 1 teaspoon
Ingredients for 2 servings:
A’la Tuna in Oil 1 can
fresh cucumber; diced 2 tablespoons
red chili pepper, chopped  1 teaspoon
mango or pineapple; diced 3 tablespoons
optional: avocado - diced  2 tablespoons

How to prepare

  1. Cut mango or pineapple into cubes.
  2. Cut cucumber into quarters, and chili into slices. Dice avocado.
  3. Mix fruit juices with finely chopped onion, grated ginger, and agave syrup. Optionally, add nori and cilantro.
  4. Drain tuna from its own sauce.
  5. Mix all ceviche ingredients and drizzle with the dressing.
