Can you go more classic? The BBQ Jack Burger is already famous, but you haven't seen it in this version yet... Aromatic pulled Jackfruit, mango, avocado, bacon bits, and sweet potato fries - it's fast food, but super healthy! After all, that's what we're aiming for - for everyone to be healthy and well-fed 😀

Ingredients

Ingredients for 2 servings:
Jack Barbeque  250g
sriracha 10g
mayo 4 tablespoons / 80g
burger bun 2 pieces
frisee lettuce 2 leaves
red onion 1/3 piece
mango  1/4 large mango
avocado 1 piece
crispy bacon bits small handful
sweet potato fries 300g

optional: add cilantro :)

How to prepare

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix mayonnaise with sriracha sauce until smooth.
  3. Slice the mango into thin strips.
  4. Hollow out and slice the avocado.
  5. Slice the tomato and red onion.
  6. Place sweet potato fries on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.  
  7. Sear the Jackfruit in a pan. Heat the bun in the oven (for about 2 minutes).
  8. Spread the sauce on the bottom bun, then add lettuce, BBQ Jackfruit, tomatoes, onions, mango, avocado, and crispy bacon bits, optionally cilantro. Spread sauce on the top bun and cover the burger. Serve with sweet potato fries.
