Simple, quick, and delicious? More and more often, we seek such solutions, and for many people following a flexitarian or plant-based diet, it's a challenge. Fortunately, it's the mission of Food Jack and Wege Sisters to give you choices! A sub with A'la Tuna Paste and Creamy Spread, seasoned only with chives - heaven in your mouth. During the recordings, there wasn't a person who didn't enjoy this combination :)

Ingredients

Ingredients for 2 sandwiches:
A'la Tuna in Oil 1 can
Natural Smarowaniec Kremowy 1 pack
chives; chopped 3 tablespoons
whole grain ciabatta 2 pieces
butter lettuce 4 leaves
fresh cucumber 1/4 piece
spanish pepper (narrow) 1/2 piece

How to prepare

  1. Finely chop the chives.
  2. Open both the A'la Tuna and the Smarowaniec. Drain excess oil from the A'la Tuna.
  3. Transfer both products to a wide bowl and gently mix until combined. Add the chopped chives and gently fold them into the mixture.
  4. Slice the cucumber and pepper into thin slices. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
  5. Slice the ciabatta in half, leaving the back wall uncut ;)
  6. On the bread, place the lettuce, spread, and vegetables - that's it!

* If you chill the spread in the refrigerator, it will be more "compact"

* You can blend the spread until smooth for easier spreading ;)
