A bowl of pure goodness! Colorful, gluten-free and refreshing. Our A'la Tuna pairs wonderfully with mango - if you haven't had the chance to try this combination yet, I hope seeing this recipe will inspire you to give it a go :) With such juicy ingredients, I only added a pinch of salt and lime juice - if you're missing sauce, we have many bowl recipes you might find something for yourself :)

Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 serving:

A'la Tuna in Oil 1 can 
romaine lettuce 3-4 leaves
ripe mango 1/3 piece
ripe avokado 1/2 piece
fresh cucumber 1/3 piece
carrot  1/2 piece
lime / lemon 1/2 piece
salt a pinch

How to prepare

  1. Slice the cucumber into rounds, the carrot into slices or ribbons, and the mango into cubes.
  2. Open the avocado and halve it.
  3. Wash and dry the lettuce.
  4. Tear the lettuce into a bowl. Arrange the avocado halves and fill them with A'la Tuna.
  5. Then add the remaining vegetables/fruits according to your preference.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with lime or lemon juice.
