Ingredients

Ingredients for 2 toasts:

  • A'la Tuna in oil, drained
  • 2 slices of whole grain sourdough bread
  • 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
  • Several slices of tomato
  • Several slices of cucumber
  • A few lettuce leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to prepare

  1. Start with the slices of whole grain sourdough bread. You can lightly toast them in a toaster if you like a crispy crust.

  2. On each slice of bread, lay out slices of avocado, evenly distributed.

  3. Place the drained Fisherman on top of the avocado, covering the entire surface evenly.

  4. Next, add slices of tomato and cucumber, arranging them side by side.

  5. Place a few lettuce leaves on top to add freshness and crunch.

  6. Season the toasts with salt and pepper to your taste.

  7. Cover with the second slice of bread, creating a sandwich.

  8. You can lightly press the sandwich to ensure that the ingredients are nicely layered.

  9. Now you can enjoy a delicious and satisfying breakfast, full of healthy fats and protein!

  10. Repeat the same steps to prepare the second toast.
